• Property Management Firms: Manage rental properties on behalf of owners. Examples: Greystar, Lincoln Property Company.

Further Education & Credentials Required

• High School Diploma: Minimum requirement for entry-level positions.

• Real Estate License: Required to practice as a real estate agent or broker, obtained by passing a state exam.
