I have a passion for teaching and learning. I enjoy breaking down barriers to information to help others live their best lives. This began in 2008 when I created Westcore University to better expose all team members to the inner workings of Westcore, where I serve as Chief Operating Officer.
I am also an Adjunct Professor at University of San Diego in the Knauss School of Business where I teach in the Master of Real Estate program.
As my children approached college, I was reminded of my own experience beginning my career. I wished there was a guide to explain the career paths and roles out there. After looking around for good options, I decided to create one and Career 101 was born.
