The real estate development industry involves the process of purchasing raw land, rezoning, constructing, and renovating buildings, and selling or leasing the finished product to end users. Developers add value to land by creating buildings or improvements and take on the risk of financing projects. This industry encompasses residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

Entry Level Roles
Real Estate Development Assistant
Description: Supports development projects by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating with contractors, and managing project documentation.
Skills Required: Organizational skills, communication skills, basic knowledge of project management software.
Junior Real Estate Analyst
Description: Conducts market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies for potential development projects.
Skills Required: Analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, understanding of real estate markets.
Assistant Project Manager
Description: Assists project managers in overseeing construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
