Description
The consumer goods industry encompasses companies that produce and sell products intended for everyday use by consumers. This includes a wide range of items such as food, beverages, clothing, electronics, and household goods. Basically, stuff we all buy! The industry is divided into durable goods (long-lasting items like appliances and cars) and nondurable goods (short-lived items like food and toiletries).
